1. Giới thiệu
TS.Trần Quang Văn tốt nghiệp chương trình tiến sĩ Kinh tế phát triển từ Đại học Goettingen (Cộng hòa liên bang Đức) năm 2013. Ông cũng từng làm việc tại các trường đại học tại Đức như University of Hannover, University of Goettingen, và từng làm việc tại viện nghiên cứu ở Châu Âu như Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative (Oxford University), Overseas Development Institute (UK). Ông đã giảng dạy các môn Kinh tế vi mô, Kinh tế vĩ mô, Kinh tế phát triển, Phương pháp nghiên cứu khoa học kinh tế cho các chương trình cử nhân và sau đại học tại các đại học Goettingen, Keuka, Đại học Việt – Đức và Đại học Kinh tế - Luật.
